Hardware: We are associated with our principles by a back-to-back support pattern. We do the first level support like Configuration, Basic maintenance, Trouble-shooting, etc., at our end, and rely on our principles’ support centres for second level support.

Support: Remote Support during weekdays and Physical on-site support based on agreements entered.
